Lesson on Agoraphobia: Diagnosis, Symptoms and Treatment. Agoraphobia is the "fear of the marketplace" but more specifically, it is a recurrent fear/anxiety about at least 2 different situations due to the the fear of having panic-like symptoms or embarrassing symptoms during these situations. Agoraphobia is similar to panic attacks and panic disorder, and often panic disorder co-occurs with agoraphobia, with individuals avoiding different situations due to the fear of having a panic attack; however, it is not necessary to panic attacks or panic disorder in order to have agoraphobia. Therefore, agoraphobia can be thought of on the "panic disorder" spectrum but also as a distinct disorder of its own. Agoraphobia, like other anxiety disorders, can be treated with CBT and SSRIs.

I feel like i'm developing agoraphobia, i feel anxious about going outside or going to the store, feel threatened when someome is in a too close distance to me for some reason, i keep avoiding the more crowded spaces because they make me feel unnaturally anxious, and the further i am from my house, the more anxious i am, i've been in a country that's very far from my home and all the time i felt insane pain in my head and i was extremely anxious about even being there. I thought i struggled to even go to the store because of social anxiety but it's not even that at this point.

I'm tired of emotions being labeled as disorders. I'm actually here wondering if I have this because OTHER people have made me feel this way. I didn't originally have a fear of anything until these people came along putting me down. So it's not a disorder. It has an outside cause. It's someone else's fault. Does anyone else feel this way?

I think you mean the female “sex”, not “gender”. Sorry, but I can’t take seriously anyone who either doesn’t know the difference between sex and gender or anyone who buys into the whole “gender identity” nonsense.
