I see there's some comments here about things like her not owning her actions, manipulative, she'll be back, blaming others, her need to take accountability, and thoughts on what she should be doing or saying instead. I get where this stuff is coming from. But I'd also like to point out a couple of things. She's very young, 22. I think it's worth putting that into perspective and reconsidering the whole picture. I think there's a lot of maturity expectations being put on her that people around her age often are still learning. People learn these things at different paces, and she's still too young to place so much judgment on her. I see what people in the comments are saying and what things she said show that. But to go further and interpret that into what's going to become of her is very presumptuous too soon to say. I also think some have missed the positive indicators and focused on the negative, only recognizing patterns they see in a generalized perception of a criminal or dysfunctional type of people. I understand she wants to look good in her interview and avoid saying things that shed her in a bad light, and that's where the manipulation sense comes in, but I think that can be looked into deeper. I can see why someone would do that, and it could be that her intentions are to avoid embarrassment or shame. This is an area of maturity and self-esteem that could use growth, but I don't think that makes her a malicious or devious manipulator. Also, she did say quite a few things that show she is thinking about her future and she's has already done a lot more that most people who become repeat offenders. There's a lot of statistics on people who take the wrong path in life, and they don't talk about the things she did. They often never had the opportunity of nurture to guide them, and it's an unfortunate cycle, But she said a lot of things that sound like good seeds have been planted. I think this experience could very well be a bad choice in her young life, but she has values like education, goals and family that can guide a person a long ways. She made and big mistake, but I think she has what it takes to recover, move on, learn, and be successful an thrive.

Maybe a follow up on this girl 2 years from now to see which direction she went in life would be interesting. She’s at a crossroad which could be very bad or good

I couldn't finish this one. I've heard this story so many times in my former career to know she hasn't changed willingly. She's clean because she's in jail, and doesn't take any responsibility for why her life choices have brought her there.

Quit blaming "the wrong people." Your choices got you where you are.

When you hang around "wrong" people, that makes you part of the wrong.

She blames her ex for her conviction, she says she doesn't trust her wealthy, professional parents.
Sounds like she lacks accountability to me, so her life won't change.

Lies…manipulation…the lack of accountability…she said all this with a smile on her face!

Hate to break it to her, if she does not get her charges dropped she will never work as a nurse. Theft by deception is a charge that will never allow her around people who might be vulnerable.

She smiled throughout the entire video. She’s not finished being in trouble yet.

I wouldn’t trust this girl to take care of my loved one in a nursing position. There is a reason they run background checks on those working with the vulnerable.

She knows exactly why she’s in there. Exactly how long and why the charges are being “dismissed.”

Im not hearing her take responsibility for her actions. For that reason alone, she will probably end up back there.

The reason why they cashed the fraudulent cheque is because the car needed a new paint job, really ?.

There’s something about her… manipulative.. no real accountability. It seems to be everyone else’s fault. She’s just good at talking the talk is all.

I know a big attorney. Im charged with a felony. I'm bonded out. Idk why I'm still here. My charges are being dismissed. I'm going to have a dual CNA/nurse license.

We need more jail interviews. There is a lot of prison content on the internet but I feel like a lot of it isn't as raw and real as it could be.

This seems a lot more genuine.
