Here in the UK, it is the arrogant clergy - many of them educated to doctoral level - who claim "We know more about Islam than you do!" I live in Somerset, and my 'local' cathedral is the glorious cathedral church of St Andrew in WELLS. In 2020, the High Sheriff of the County invited an Imam to read from the Koran during his 'retirement' Service. Some of us in the Diocese protested about this: but the cathedral clergy flaunted their doctorates, and declared that what we were claiming ISLAM teaches is not true! Our sources were the Koran: and we knew enough to realise that the verses read by the Imam had been ABROGATED. Within the UK, the Church of England's CLERGY are actively encouraging ISLAM, under the misapprehension that it is simply a 'religion for Arabs', like the Church of England is Christianity for the English. How do we stop our arrogant clergy from continuing down this path? "The Koran is free from error and contradiction" [32:00]. I know huge numbers of Christians who think this about our own ancient documents which have been designated "scripture". In fact, many of these Christians treat, and read, the Tanakh and New Testament in EXACTLY the same way that a Muslim does his Koran. What's the difference?

As an Agnostic watching this, I'm doing a comparison.

Muhammad: Was a Warlord, had multiple wives one of them being a 6 year old when married, was illiterate, propagated Islam through wars and forced conversions, beheaded people, took slaves. You can see him through the actions of his followers.

Jesus: Was a carpenter, was literate, never married, never killed anyone and propagated "love thy neighbour", died for others, healed the sick, his actions were parallel to his words.

Hmmm, on whose side should any normal person incline more?
