Get cameras, omg get cameras and catch those 'Karens' in the act. Get them arrested /reported every time they violate the property boundaries.

A 14th Amendment case? It states "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

It sounds like the HOA was firmed under the july 1, 1992, CCIOA statue. If it is, anything they have done is basically mute. If they used HB32-1137 from August 2023, well they are out of luck there also. Which brings us ti the final HOA amendment in 2024. Again nothing in any of these gave the HOA Described any authority over this property owners property. Where and what documents gave the HOA this authority? The developer when he filed bankruptcy had to dissolve the HOA he created so the individual properties could be sold. The roadway us owned by and maintained by Mesa County. They tried to take a strip of her kand to create a common pathway fir all to maintain. Again this is not legal in Colorado to do. I suppose that the oroperty owners attorney is well qualified in these areas. What are the fines and fees for, when did they occur and what neasures were taken to resolve them orior to the suit. The court has a checklist that must be followed in order to make a determination. On what grounds did the court issue the temporary order? The property owners attorney should have been able to have this case outright dismissed. On what basis was this case continued and at whose request?

Full stop. Help me understand, if the "HOA" is not registered with the SoS, and the lot deed makes no mention of a "HOA, " from where do they believe they draw their authority? I mean I'm here for the ride, I'm just dumbfounded by all of this.
