MIndvalley and Ronan, thank you much for this awesome video. I have a question, please: Adding natural aloe vera to my Bulletproof coffee breaks my fasting?. My purpose is longevity.
I did my first fasting yesterday for 22 hours and definitively something is changing inside of me. I love it.

I am in my teenage years and still growing and also do (intense) exercise most mornings. Can fasting work for me (e.g. for healing)? Because I feel after a workout or run that I should eat pretty soon after and I usually work out in the morning before school so it has to be early. Also wondering if it would have any effect on growth?
