As a Korean I love to wrap sesame leaf, lettuce, normal pork belly, ssamjang, sesame sauce (the sesame oil and salt and pepper), garlic cooked on the grill, kimchee, and rice. So delicious.

My family grew up without much money so we were taught to eat everything on your plate. I grew up eating the beef short ribs down to the bone - which includes eating the cartilage and fat around it. Trust me when I say this - you ain't eating beef short ribs right unless you eat the fat and cartilage around the bone. Definitely where all the flavor is!
