Thanks for the review. This was a great reality check to balance the hype being pushed by Microsoft partners. Not having SMS and or basic features like ring-through call handling is a major disadvantage. Teams and its related products (looking at you, task planner) always seem underdeveloped even though Microsoft spends heavily on marketing.

Can you point me in the direction of a Project Plan checklist for moving from Avaya Phone System to MS Teams Voice please?
