Doesn't anyone else see the problem with sending Military equipment. When the Russians eventually take Ukraine they will have access to all the equipment we send. I guess we didn't learn anything fro the withdraw from Afghanistan.

If we are going to institute a no-fly zone, we may as well go the distance.

These guys are thinking about their pockets, you cancel Nodstream 2 from Russia across the border and you ship in US gas all the way from America. Man this is sickness 😀

Do you suppose a war between the U.S. and Russia on Ukranian soil would be far more devastating to Ukraine than supplying planes (& paint for Ukranian colors), drones, and munitions for whatever pilots Ukraine can muster?
Also, Why hasn't the U.N. changed policies to force recusal from voting by a country when that country's actions are the sole subject of the vote (though still active in debates)?
A U.N. council, having recently accepted a veto by the Russian Federation on policies in reaction to Putin's war on Ukraine, is letting Russia persist in violating Human Rights & other U.N. policies agreed to by member countries (among other International agreements). 🌻

Unfortunately someone must persuade Zelinsky to surrender, otherwise this will be the end not just for Ukraine but all of us.

😀😀 Ukraine am sorry to laugh but are these your allies, they fear the bear because anyone getting involved is gonna perish apart from Russia.

“For the aircraft involved, most of the risks would be where are you going to deploy, out of what airfields are going to use? In addition, you need tankers, so those are typically pretty large aircraft that are easy to shoot down. You also need AWACS to identify aircraft that are flying around. And then on the battlefield, it's likely that you have surface-to-air, mobile surface-to-air missile systems that are moving around. So establishing a no-fly zone, while it's pretty straightforward, would have some complications and risks to the air crews of the tankers of the AWACS and of course, to the fighters that are there to enforce it.
”Yes, executing a no-fly zone is “complicated in terms of getting all the pieces in place and making it happen.”
And since the exact same arguments apply against imposing a no-fly zone for any country, so much for NATO helping any of them in times of need.
