Ma'am, my menstruation period lasted for over 11 days this time. I consulted a doctor and got my ultrasound and blood tests done (prolactin, thyroid, diabetes, cbc, b12, d3). d3 is insufficient. Ultrasound is normal. Yet to get blood tests for pcos/pcod. Can it be anything serious? I am 30. Can it be because of weight gain?

Hello mam, I am facing this spotting problem after periods from 7 day to 12 day. I have thyroid problem and it is normal as I am taking medicine for that. Harmonal imbalance is curable with Medicine? Or it is a lifelong chronic condition. I consulted gynaecologist for this they gave birth control pills, but still I am facing same issue. Please advise.

I have 2 questions.
The period blood is a waste for uterus.and the cup makes it stay there for 8 10 hours. Will it cause any chemical reaction? Or harm the uterus in any way?

The cervix usually stays in contact of air it feels breezy the cup kind of closes it and cuts the air contact.
Can it harm the uterus and cervix?
