Tutorial how to sleep:

1. Find a comfy area in your house or apartment, e.g. a bed or sofa/couch.

2. Grab these following items:

- Pillow

Warm thick blanket

-Cuddly Toy (optional)

Warm drink e.g. Chamomile or Hot chocolate

(optional)

- Alarm clock (optional)

3. Bring your items to your designated comfy area and

set it up like this:

Lay yourself down on your comfy area and put thepillow behind your neck and head.

- Lay the blanket over you and if you are particularlycold then wrap yourself in it.

-Close your eyes for 10-15 mins and you should dropoff to sleep.

4. Here is what to do if you have some of the optionalitems:

- If you have a cuddly toy then insert it next to you oralternatively wrap your arms around it for comfort afteryou have completed step 3

- If you have an alarm clock set it at the time you need
to wake up and then when you hear the noise that it makes wake up (tutorial at 100 likes)

-Finally if you have a warm drink then take a few sips and set it aside and carry on with step 3.
