because you can't use tabs to work with several clients at the same time as you can do with team viewr. Every connection I open is a new window and it's very confusing.

The file AnyDesk.exe can`t run after downloading from the official site. I can see the icon on the taskbar for 5 seconds and then it disappears without any error messages. Tried to run as Administrator as well. Windows 10/Antivirus, Firewall - are disabled. I remember it was working fine 6 months ago. Now I`m trying to run it on the new installed system. Any recommendations?

Doesn't really cover getting started at all. Software is not as good to use as TeamViewer.

Hi, we need to disable the file transfer feature only for our Techs so they cannot transfer any files to End-user, but End-user should be able to share files such as System logs through any desk. anyone know how to do it?
