The ground at Yellowstone is doing this weird rising thing, and naturally, it's got people wondering if we're in for a volcanic show. Geologists say it's not as simple as "up goes the ground, boom goes the volcano." Apparently, there are all sorts of factors at play, and Yellowstone is like a geological puzzle. The rising ground could just be a normal thing, or it might mean some underground magma shenanigans. But don't grab your emergency kit just yet – scientists are keeping a close eye on it, and for now, it's more of a "let's see what happens" situation.

The ground over the Yellowstone hotspot has been subsiding for several years. USGS issues a monthly report, with charts, and you can easily see the subsidence displayed on the charts.

I had a dream that a nuke was dropped miles in front of me, me and my family just watched it fall I seen a mushroom cloud then it was black I woke up shortly after thinking I was in heaven but I was in my bed and my heart was beating like crazy, idk why I chose this place to tell about it but I'm sure someone can relate

I've heard that Yellowstone isn't that kind of volcano. It's a chamber volcano and it sits on a hot spot that fills the chamber. They keep an eye on how full it is and so far it keeps finding new chambers to flood - so no danger of pressure building up and punching through. But even if it did it'd be more of a flood than an explosion.

If they anticipated it would erupt”very soon”, they wouldn’t tell us anything. It would be no, no, no all the way up to the eruption if possible! It’s great that it tells us the particulars of the other eruption, but that doesn’t mean that Yellowstone will have one or all of the same features.

I do not believe that there is a bottom to Yellowstone currently, or it would have gone off previously, this does not mean that it cannot have smaller eruptions, the earth's plate is going to have to move over it to be able to have a gigantic explosion. There is pressure release from the volcano daily.
