Captain Ginyu: Attack Potency: Large Planet level (Stronger than Base Namek Saga Goku at full power. Superior to Saiyan Saga Vegeta, Dodoria, Zarbon, and the rest of the Ginyu Force by a very significant margin) | Planet level (Was only able to increase his power level to 23,000)

Ginyu Force: Attack Potency: Planet level to Brown Dwarf level (The Ginyu Force is regarded as the fiercest and deadliest fighting team in the galaxy. King Kai considered them to be most fearsome group in the universe, and at least five times stronger than Goku prior to training for Planet Namek. Guldo is physically the weakest, being outmatched by Krillin; whose power level was over 10,000 at the time. Captain Ginyu, the strongest among them, has a power level of 120,000, making him stronger than Namek Saga Goku. Ginyu refers to the Ginyu Force as being second only to Frieza in terms of power and that no one in the universe aside from Frieza would be capable of defeating them[2])

Power Differences Between Character A Vs B in Dragon Ball:

0% - 25%: The fight will be evenly matched, with a slight advantage for one of the combatants. This is evidenced by the fight between Goku (SSJ) and Freezer (FP), where, even though the battle didn't last long in the manga, it appeared to be fairly even before the wear and tear set in.

30%: You can resist the opponent's special technique with one hand, though it will still shake after doing so. It might not be convenient to do this, but it's possible. This is evidenced by the Kamehameha Goku used on Raditz with 924 units, and how Raditz stopped it. Additionally, you can beat the opponent and leave them badly wounded, as shown by Goku’s Kaioken x3 and Vegeta’s fight.

50%: There is nothing you can do; the opponent is far too superior, and you have no chance of winning. However, with a lot of ability spam, you might be able to cause some damage and even make them bleed. This is evidenced by the fight between Vegeta and Recoome.

70%: There's not much to say here either. This difference is enough to speed blitz the opponent, making you untouchable and overwhelmingly superior. Some may argue this happens from 30%, but that's incorrect. The attacks were done by a fatigued Kiwi, as shown in Image 10, and therefore had a power level of less than 18,000. It could be argued Kiwi’s power was around 14,000, resulting in a 70% difference with Vegeta.

x2: That's it, there is absolutely nothing the opponent can do at this point.
