They always say "anybody can get rich", but never "everyone can get rich". That right there makes it abundantly clear that the system is unequal. That wealth has to come from somewhere. It has to come from the poor since it will be a cold day in hell a rich person would give up any of their own wealth to help everyone else.

It’s opened up my eyes during the pandemic and lockdowns, the people we need, the keyworkers are the least paid in society. People sat at home on furlough were still getting more than them despite having their feet up.

I'm so happy the US govt & big business are so concerned about poverty in Venezuela. All the while being completely uninterested in Honduras, Nicaragua, etc (countries we fucked up in banana wars). It's almost like there's something particular in Venezuela that makes them interested.
