Dear Naturehike, I have this tent. I like it a lot but I want to add a guy out in the middle of both siderainflies as these are touching the innertent and it moves a lot during windy nights which is breaking the material slowly. Could you advice me or make a tutorial how to do this? I saw that you upgraded the tent and added them in the new design. I would like to keep using the one I bought before the update came out as it is still good and I don't want to pay again. Thank you very much for your support.

Hi ! I bought this one and is fine! Just one question: how many extra guyropes are supposed to be included? I got 2, but if i want to set up the 2 sides and the one at the back i guess i should have gotten 3. Am i right, or the tent is supposed to have 2 extra guyropes ínstead of 3?

Wanted to test a tent a week after purchase. The base got damaged immediately without a wind, without stretching, mat was on. Almost 1 meter long tear leaving it unusable.). Also door got a hole right away. It seems like the tent was stored in bad environment or it's simply bad quality. I had to return the tent to China costing me another £25 and I am currently waiting for refund. Naturehike representative sent me a smiley face once I sent a complain. Didn't want to pay return postage and I am not sure If I get refund.
