On today's episode we discuss the team kicking off 2024 training camp at Saint Vincent College and what took place on day one of practice. Russell Wilson sat out of team drills due to a calf injury that he got an MRI on. Justin Fields was the beneficiary as he got to spend time with the starters in his absence. Pat Freiermuth moved all around the formation and shined on day one. DeShon Elliott got the first crack in the slot corner role, with Damontae Kazee coming on as the extra DB.
