Amazing video Justin.

On the topic of wrath, the specific example you gave about how 'love-fueled anger' can be a good thing sometimes I think only works BECAUSE it requires patience. It requires getting up every day and doing the work. So in essence it's really nothing like wrath - which, as you said, is more about being impatient, erratic and impulsive in your anger

I think to make music world better, every single musician, engineer, producer, songwriter should watch this video, it’s just huge foundational stuff explained in a greatest way. You brilliant, man.

This channel/podcast has helped me build a foundation to where I am starting to see a pathway to a career in music/entertainment. Working on myself as a person has been a great foundation to give me confidence and peace to move forward with learning the technical skills. Its like removing a fog of useless ideas that distort your decision making/priorities in a production. I have been mostly guilty of Pride, Envy and definitely Sloth. Thanks Justin for grounding me!

Thanks for another great video JC. I enjoyed watching you begin to psychoanalyse yourself towards the end there! 😂 The part that resonated for me was where you talk about creating opportunities for yourself to keep doing the thing you love doing. Not valuing the outcome over the journey.... wise words!

I'm unsure if you can tell someone with too much pride that they have too much pride. Their pride will block you out.

🔥 podcast monologue. I hope the haters come out in droves but you make more videos like this anyway, that's my personal favorite.

“You can’t get to where you want to go if you’re pretending you’re already there”. Man that one’s gonna stick with me. Not sure if you came up with that but I found it pretty poignant nonetheless😂

I love these philosophy takes! However, I can't help but think that this is always looking back, and that most people will not take it forward. The most interesting things about these ways of thinking are the historical analysis. But, when it comes to advice, people just want practical solutions... philosophy can get so nonlinear and cloudy that it's almost impossible for people learning to grasp. But, getting down to business works. The trick is to teach the practical solutions, without weeding into too much nonsense.

While people use the words envy and jealousy interchangeably, that is incorrect. Jealousy is when you have something and fear someone will take it away. You are jealous of the object, not the thief. “I am a jealous God. I am jealous of my people. Thou shalt have no false gods before me.” Envy is when someone has, or is, or can do something, and you feel that you can never have, or be, or do that. Envy and jealousy are very different. Admiration is the positive of envy.

Great video.
The only drawback that is really annoying that it has like 15 ads through it and its beyond annoying if you listen on the background a have to skip everytime.. make it 4-5 not 15..
