Nevermind. I've figured that out using subset() function.

That was really helpful. But what if you would like plot only some groups of the data? For example you would have three subgroups of ocean(yes, no, NA) and you would like to plot just two of them like 'yes' and 'no' or just 'yes' and 'NA'.
