Correction, I was a chemist working in ink and paints develop and matt white is one of the heaviest paintjobs possible not the lightest. White paints are extremely dense because the pigment is twice the density of water and makes up at least 50% of the formula. Also matt coating can weigh shit load because it's the same as gloss but has to be loaded with extra glass beads to break up the light.

Specialized is totally missing the boat with this bike. Only a $500 increase? The price of an S-Works should be $18, 000-$20, 000. The customers that have $14, 500 to buy this bike surely have $20, 000. At $20, 000 that will make these customers feel even MORE special. Gotta keep those wealthy egos juiced up!

Man that headtube with a stacked stem looks goofy AF! It’s designed to be slammed.
If you’re going to spend that much on a bike then get your flexibility dialled in otherwise you’re better off with an endurance bike!😅
