PDFaid doesn't seem to be up anymore and the second website doesn't work on anything over 25MB

The third suggestion use the edit button in Adobe Reader is redundant, there is no take a snapshot button.

It's a bad advice to select area etc.! You get a very bad resolution. Just use the free Adobe Reader, click and right-click on the image to extract it. Then paste into your preferred image editing program.

Extracting images changes the size.but when we like to keep the original, no stuff on internet available
