Thanks for another helpful video.
I need to sign up for your course to help deal with my faulty money beliefs.
There was a time when I had no money and even now with a secure and well paying job, I am hyper-focused on security and don’t want to spend money out of fear of “running out”.
I love money and want an abundance of money, because it makes me feel secure, and “feeling secure / security” is one of my top values.
Therefore I don’t want to spend money, because knowing I have money “just in case something happens” makes me feel secure.
Plus before making a purchase I will literally talk myself out of making a purchase…and question myself if I really need it and/or will use it. Sounds crazy, but maybe that’s the “hyper-focused” part that holds me back. 😊

I am starting to uncovering my beliefs about money and I am currently reflecting on the fact that sometimes I receive money from my mother. That unsually makes me feel bad. I asked myself what that "bad" is about and lots of things came up: feeling treated like a kid (I am 32 yo), dependent, not free. Usually I receive that money when I tell my mother that I made a purchase or I spent money on something. I receive that money from her with a mixed feeling of relief and resentment. I am not sure how to frase all this in a belief.
