For me, it’s “enough” to be offered so many choices of what to do, to eat, to drink, to wear, sleep on, read, watch, listen to, keep me healthy, see outside my windows (beautiful trees, flowers, hummingbirds, sky), friends who love me, love I’ve been showered with from two beautiful husbands, art (my own and others), books and short stories and poetry I’ve created, 700 clients I’ve been blessed to have helped…and on and on…and yet, because I was brought up with the concept of scarcity (when in actuality we always had enough) I was taught to fear NOT having enough.
