Better, Smaller UCS Lego Millennium Falcon

I wanted to create a more accurate Lego Millennium Falcon in a play-scale size so I modified set #75257. The Falcon I ended up creating is highly detailed on the outside and the inside and rivals the much larger UCS Lego set. The exterior features tight greebling and tiles, and the interior has tiled floors and intricate features throughout the ship.

As someone who really likes custom lego sets that go for accuracy, this is very nice for me. The falcon was always a large ship and the sets made for it definitely showed that, but I always wanted something a lot lighter, smaller and sleeker looking but also works as a mini fig size set. To me, this is perfect.

This is what I want from UCS. Not those big fuck off models that only people living in the middle of nowhere have a house big enough to display them in and that cost as much as a new flagship phone. That combined with a commitment to details and smooth surfaces.

This is actually the best Lego mock I have ever seen. Something that LEGO and triple A gaming companies have in common would be that they both suck at developing products and that their fans/players/modders are far more creative and talented than these companies will ever aspire to be. And that’s because I believe that fans are driven by passion while companies are just driven by money. GREAT job!
