Step 5) Reset Windows Update Components

I have 23H2 X64 - when I download the update and trying to manually install it tells me "Update is not applicable your computer"

I cant get KB5041587 to come up as an optional update. I ran the troubleshooter and still no luck.

So i joined the insider program and now im running "Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22635.4225 (ni_release)" will this have the AMD updates included or do I still need to figure out how to get KB5041587 ? ?
