I had a Ruckus on my semi truck. At first, everyone made fun of it because the rig did Harley events for Drag Specialties. After a short time, I would have to ask where my Ruckus was because everyone loved riding it. I wish it had been faster/ more powerful, but it was a blast to ride and super convenient the way it was. Thanks for the video.

The Ruckus has always been a more unique and cool bike design than the Grom. It just needs to be a little faster, stock.

I miss my ruckus. When work and school were both within 8 miles of my house and I lived where the weather was consistent, it was a great daily.

I've never owned a Ruckus, but I did ride one. I couldn't get it past 37-38 mph, and that was by the speedometer, which is claimed to be optimistic. Probably never got above 35 mph. I do weigh 240, so that likely had something to do with it. Other than residential streets, all the other roads and streets in my area are at least 45 mph, and traffic is going between 55-60, so you would quickly get run over on a Ruckus. You need something that will do at least 60 mph GPS to ride with any kind of reasonable safety in my area. My Lance Cabo 125 does just over 60 mph GPS. And has a stated load capacity almost 100 pounds more than the Ruckus, for pretty much the same price. I do wish they made a Ruckus 125 that would do 60 mph, and was rated to handle my weight. And looked exactly like the 50cc Ruckus.

The Navi is completely different from the Ruckus. It is 110cc, and is made in India. It's considerably faster than a Ruckus, but still not fast enough for the streets in my area. And the quality is nowhere near the same as a Ruckus. It was made for the Indian market, but it flopped there, so Honda decided to bring it to the U.S. to see how it did. After some initial success, it has pretty well flopped here too. Many of them have already broken down.

I have zero interest in a Grom. I wouldn't mind having a Monkey 125, but the price is just too high for what you get. I even like the Super Cub 125, but it's clutchless transmission is a total turnoff. I owned an early '80s Honda Passport 70 decades ago, and that awful transmission made it a nightmare to ride. I didn't keep it long.

What a fun video. The definition of Stuff & Things - ha ha ha. Way to take advantage of the 60 degree temps. Happy Holidays to you & Ashlee!

The Navi has a 110cc so it's a bit faster but I would still choose a ruckus. 🤷🏻‍♂️

T-dub is definitely on my list of under powered bikes to get. You should check out the scrambler builds ppl do on those.

Front foot rests are a life changer. Specially on longer commutes. I have them and in conjunction with the regular spot for aftermarket pegs it gives me lots of positions for my legs. Im 6' 1" for anyone wondering

I love the Ruckus. So easy to ride and maintain. My 6’5 220lb self usually cruises around 42-45. Hit 50mph when the stars align. That’s with an embarrassing amount of money spent. 😂

@talonsei Hey man I love the content! Keep them coming please. I am doing some upgrades to my Ruck this year and was curious where you got your Front foot pegs from and also where the gas tank cover/gas cap came from??? Love the look🤙

Talon love your videos as I watch everyone. But I can't ride those cause of balance and disabilities. But will still watch and give a like

I live part time in Thailand and the Honda 110cc engine is very popular.
Be nice if the Ruckus had that option

Sick ride, very clean... similar to my goals. What front turn signals are those? The Yoshimura signals or Honda? Please let me know, thanks and I appreciate you! 🤟

Cool hearing my comment made it to the video, long time subscriber ;-).

Europe sucks. We can't really modify our vehicles to the extent USA can. A Surron or even electric mobility scooters for the elderly need to have a plate. 50cc scooterists need to do a theory and practical exam for a license. I think it's cool USA allows this without a license. It gives youth and people without cars (car license is 18+ here) an accessible option to travel.

Please do let me know if you're planning on visiting us ;-).

Great video. My wife and I both have a Ruckus same color as yours and Im not sure I could have more fun for $3000 each. We zip around Sarasota, Siesta Key and Longboat Key where nothing is over 40MPH, we also get compliments or “what’s that” every time out. The mods you made look great. Im not as mechanically savvy as you but could probably add a couple. Do you have a site for your handle grips? My top speed is around 37MPH, if I needed to go faster I would have bought a motorcycle. Couldn’t be happier with our choice. Win The Day!
