Very interesting. I have been considering an 18" along side my Big Joe for my next outdoor kitchen. That's a fair way off, but products tend to take a long time to reach Australia anyway (Pellet Joe hasn't arrived yet) so that works out well.

What REALLY sucks is that its based off the classic joe (which is great), but small...18" grate.🙄
Cant fit enough ribs on it for my family nor a party.
Wished it was offered on the Kamado Joe 3 "Big Joe" size (24") as well.
I love EVERYTHING about it except the size.

I will stick with the generation 1 In the classic, big joe, and joe jr. I might sound like a cave man, but I don’t need all this tech to BBQ. All I need is fire and meat and a club for my lady.

Looks cool, but not my pace. KJCII is more than sufficient for my needs. Also if it needs electricity, it’s not really “outdoors” cooking. More like “covered backyard cooking”
