Oura Ring Gen 3 Review (Don't Make the Same Mistakes I Did)

⭐IMPORTANT UPDATE - READ BEFORE BUYING⭐
I am no longer recommending anyone buy an Oura Ring.
Make no mistake, the tech itself is solid. But I've found some better options.
It all started with the release of the Oura Ring Gen 4. I was already annoyed about the subscription they require (useless without it) to use a $400+ dollar device, but I was willing to tolerate it because I assumed Oura was the best smart ring out there... It's not.
With the release of Gen 4, Oura decided they'll NO LONGER grandfather long-time loyal Gen 1 and 2 customers into the lifetime subscription plans they once honored. While this doesn't affect me personally, I think it's a really gross business decision and a slap in the face to their earliest supporters. It got me annoyed enough to seek out better, non-subscription smart rings.
