My hope pressfit bb cost £90 plus fitting and the bearings lasted 6 months before it started creaking and the bearings were rough. at £18 per bearing for new bearings I now deeply regret not getting a Chris King, which are around £160. King bearings are so far ahead of anyone else and will save you a fortune in bearings because they are near indistructable and easily servicable. I have a threadfit bb that I used constantly for 10 years and its still going strong and spinning super smooth on the origional bearings. Hope brakes are brilliant, but the bearings they use are not good enough to justify the price tag when you compare then to Chris King. If you watch the video's of the Hope factory and the King factory, Hope looks so modern and clinical in comparison. I have no idea why they are not making their own bearings of a similar quality to Chris King.

At 0:38 you can see the tool pressing on the bearing inset instead of the cup lip. Looks like the OD of the tool may be a bit small?

How about showing the REMOVAL of a pressfit BB.
And surely there is a torque setting for the cups of the BB?!

These pressfit bb30's are out dated you need a 1 piece system like bbinfinates or a hambini system then you will have perfect bearing alignment !

Bullshit!

The bearing cups don't go in that easily. It requires a hell of a lot more force to pus in than this suggests.
