Inside/Outside circle swings are foundational to the countless benefits of heavy club swinging.
Constant core contraction. Constant glute engagement. Rotation of the hips with feet planted straight.
The entire human kinetic chain learns to work as intended from grip to feet. As the club crosses the midline, everything begins to adapt and stabilize. Our feet muscles start working again and grip the ground.
I've started working through a 20/20/8 program with my @tacfit 20lb club.
20 swings then a hand change untill I get 60 total reps on each side. I do this 3 times to get 180 total swings on each arm.
