If you’ve never held a steel club, they’re the heaviest 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 lb thing you’ve ever held in your life. It’s unbelievable and this guy makes it look easy.

is there any difference in muscular activation if I use mace either than clubbell for the swing (or reverve)? Eventually which should be the equivalent for 20kg mace if I use a clubbell? Thanks

Actually technique isn’t great for an instructional video. Rack position is with forearms parallel to the ground. And initially this exercise should be done with the feet stationary, forcing the rest of the body to rotate and stretch.
