Following delivery, I noticed my hair fall but I remained calm. I took action to remedy it. I opted for a health-centered approach.
I prioritized my diet, having nutrient-rich foods, specially those high in Folic Acid and Protein.
I worked out regularly and practiced yoga for stress control.
I avoided tight hairstyles and quit using heated hair tools to minimise hair damage.
I also started applying LittleExttra's Coconion shampoo, hair oil along with a neem wood comb.
The outcome was hairfall control and the recovery of my confidence.
