How do you get them back in a week or two? All my research says it take 90 days approx to get your card back graded.

Do you pay for shipping your self? Is there a shipping label you have to print off once you’re done with the submission form? Do you make copies of the submission form? Like keep one for you and put the other in a box with cards?
