As someone that worked at the post office sorting facilities the machine will bend your bubble mailer. Small mail gets sorted on belts and gets launched so it’s more likely to get damaged. A well packed bubble filled box would be more safe.

Fingerprints on the card - 2. Never use toploaders for gradeing, they can fall out/move around during transport - 3. Never send your cards in a bubble mailer, always use a box and bubble wrap.

PSA for all graders: putting a pull tab on the card and/or penny sleeve is redundant. They do not, I repeat DO NOT USE THAT PULLTAB! The graders use an exacto knife to cut the semi rigid sleeve and penny sleeve. If you buy pulltabs to send cards out to grade you are wasting money on pulltabs.

I use a very fine grit sand paper to remove all fingerprints and lint... Staples work very well to keep your card from flopping around inside the top loader

Hey i would also make sure your cardboard is larger than your card saver, lacky band touching the card saver could potentially bend your card

Dont use bubble mailers for graded card submissions. And i wouldn't rubber band a semi-rigid, if the rubber bands too tight it can bend, curl, or crease the semi-rigid case and damage the card in it. Just wrap in bubble wrap and mail it in cardboard. Double box it if youre worried.

Tape is better than Rubber bands no chance of the tape touching the card because its in two slips there is a chance that in shipping that something could happen and with small amount of pressure could bend the card and holder.
