page and midnight have their first real conversation, with the help of lucan magic!! prior to this the only way they could talk was with a lucan medallion, which neither of them have access to (anymore). on the other hand, nero feels more determined than ever to collect all these demons under luca's watchful gaze!!!! so what if literally no one wants to help him anymore?? the end is in sight!! at least midnight is still focused on helping, right...?

time taken: like a week? idk i speedran everything but the backgrounds in like 48 hours (do not admire this i kinda hurt myself)

I just realize that probably the main reason Nero hesitated to kill the demon is because he made the same exact pose Poi made when she banished him, and when he realized that, he just stops himself and cries after that

The animation and characters are perfect. Nero is a really relatable character that everyone can feel bad for. The end scene was beautiful, the animations poses and emotion was incredible and really captures Nero’s personality. The lipsync is also phenomenal, this is a really great animation with a cool plot !

I love seeing these characters grow slowly over the years, to watching just walk cycles of them, to bits and pieces of lore stitched to make a beautiful story. I love them so much. And I'll continue to love them forever

I love the detail of the eyes behind Nero. It really adds to that feeling Nero has of always being watched, feeling like he can’t take a moments rest for anything. Great job, and i’m sure you’ve probably heard this a thousand times, but you inspire me everyday to draw and improve! Also please don’t hurt yourself or rush/overexert yourself for animations.
