Hello sir, have a good day. Respected sir, i have some confusion hopefully you help me out. The thing is that i want to find out the correlation of species with environmental data by using pearson method like other researcher used it instead RDA whatever, but i don't know how make the matrix for the data i mean i should put envi and species variables together in one excel file run the analysis. Kindly guide me about this. Thank you very much sir.

Have a good day sir,
This video very very helpful. I have somethings to ask?
I did the same things abd get the p- value matrix now how i will know which envi-variables have strong relationship. If have strong relationship then whats their influence on species data if plot in RDA. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Some variables in my data is positively correlated but some are significantly positively correlated. Just want to know the rule of significantly positivelt or negatively correlated and none significantly positively or negatively correlated. I stuck with in my writting paper. Thanks in advance,
