Man poor pilots like imagen your just flying your ship and you find a bunch of your generals just dead and you offer one of them help and they tell you and your brother (the second pilot) to stand down like just imagen the clones just thinking why are they doing this we didnt do anything we fly our ships for them and this is how they thank us this is outrageous it's unfair like seriously just imagen that for a moment

Honestly a Jedi would've 100 percent been a better partner for Anakin. Padme wouldn't have understood and didn't understood most of Anakin's feelings or his anger due to her not knowing jack about the force, or the Jedi, she only knew politics, Aayla or perhaps any other female Jedi would've sense those feelings and would've helped Anakin with his feeling and dark side urges

Gotta be honest, I would totally ship this relationship more than Padmé x Anakin. Aayla’s character deserved more screen time imo and the way she was murdered in RoTS was just heartbreaking

While I'll ship Anakin x Padmé until I die, Anakin and Aayla would have had a healthier relationship than Anakin and Padmé. They were both slaves and they would have had a good relationship and understanding of each other. Slave mentality is definitely an heavy effect to this. Padmé and Anakin's relationship could have worked for sure and could have an understanding of each other, but they would need more communication therapy.

While this would have been a deep spiritual relationship, which would have been very beneficial for both Jedi, and perhaps even a dyad in the force, which would have allowed Aayla to either survive the force lightning or Anakin sense it ahead of time, Aayla and Anakin would have been sent on many missions together, including undercover missions, and I am sure that there would have been occasional moments of intense lust (the two hottest people in the Jedi order, come on).

As much as I love anakin and padme I definitely think anakin and aayla could have worked and would have been a great relationship. Yes that doesn't mean anakin and padme was destined to end in a tragedy that relationship could have also worked but there was a much better chance of aayla and anakin having a happy ending so to speak than padme and anakin.

Personally, while I think that Aayla and Anakin would have had a better relationship than Anakin and Padme the entire Rush Clovis/Scipio scenario would have turned out differently as Anakin would have been in a relationship with Aayla already (given the Lurmen events) and therefore never guarded Padme since the choice was to keep on eye on his "secret" girlfriend. Although it's a well-done and well-thought out concept of the Clone Wars it seems more likely that they would have made each other better and had a greater chance to understand the other's feelings via the Force, but I doubt that Aayla would have necessarily joined Anakin to Palaptine's office as Palpatine was stated to have had an almost fatherly relationship with Anakin since the Battle of Naboo. Though not necessarily making it NSFW it's likely the reunions between Aayla and Anakin could have been intimate (more likely sharing abed, not necessarily sexual)

I love anakin and Padme, and without them we wouldn’t have the original trilogy. But padme despite her good heart and kind demeanor she just wasn’t right for him. In attack of the clones when anakin told her he slaughtered a whole village of Tuskans she just shrugged it off like it didn’t happen. If she would’ve distanced herself then I believe he would’ve been better off.
