As a life long Uncharted fan, I feel Mark is too young for Sully and Tom is too young for Nate. They're both talented actors so I'm sure it will work, but I feel mark is at the point right now (general aging and look) is at the same point Sully was when he met Nate as a kid. I feel Mark as nate and DeNiro as Sully would spot on

If you’ve played the games, mark looks closer to Nate’s age than Tom does. If anything he’s too young to play Sully. There’s a few missions in the third game where you flashback to when Nate was like 15-16 and not gonna lie tom looks just like the young Nate and Mark kind of looks like young sully too.
