I don't know how you do it, but you make everything look simple. I am not an expert at excel, but am good enough to perform normal analytical tasks in excel. Thanks Mike. I liked your comment "crazy construction" (at 5:25) referring to the syntax of having to put the comparative operator in double quotes joined to the cell reference. I always thought so too but it is nice to hear that from an expert !

Thanks for putting that construction of cells meeting greater than / less than values. Whenever I did that before, I had to make a hidden column or something with an indicator for if the cell met the criteria, then SUMIF for rows meeting the criteria of the hidden column's indicator. Now I can do it the simple way.

Awesome video - as always! Just one request, when doing RANDBETWEEN for dates, could you please you use serial numbers instead of hardcoding them. When I opened the file, I got a row of #VALUE errors. It was easy to fix but some people might be stumped.
