Great review, actually addressed a lot of questions I had (animation quality, how fights play out, how bad you lose stats). I was going to buy the game on a whim, but the stat loss seems too much of a stressy headache and more effort than it seems to be worth.

Put about 22 hours into it so far, first and second playthrough was surprisingly different w/ certain choices.
Pretty fun (albeit repetitive) game especially near the end. Been looking for something like this for a while though and it was right up my alley. Just wish the 'end-game' was different and less grindy, maybe the next iteration they'll improve on some of its lackluster qualities.

Wow, thanx bro! I was about to spend hours on this cuz even though the fight sequences were automatic & lame, i thought at least i'd get to see some cool moves animation as i progress. If its gonna throw just those two punches & kicks the entire game, then it's not worth my time.
But if you are a casual gamer, then maybe you'd enjoy it. I liked the game concept though.

These devs are cancer, they refused to release the game to people who already bought it until they give them free marketing on twhich (finish the game on one of those twich plays things)

Imagine someone playing this instead of just going to the gym etc in real life

This game is sort of rigged . When first I choose to build up on stamina, it took me 199 days to get to the point when I could almost fight first enemy in the final chapter, before I screwed up financially. Then I stopped playing game for 2 months. Then I restarted the game with stamina focus and I FINISHED the whole experience in 160-170 in game days . Seeing that you taking the agility path results in almost year of in game time, really makes me scared for my third playthrough
