I played 100 days of Punch Club 2: Fast Forward, and it was indeed a worthy successor to the glory of Punch Club. The levels of unhinged go off the charts.

p.s. punch club 2 is bonker
p.p.s I know many of you are keen to see the V Rising 200 days - I have finished recording it (what a great game by the way) and will release it after the punch club 2 series is done. Sorry for the wait

Goro Majima's name wasn't even a joke and that makes me so happy, I idolize the yakuza series so that made me really happy.

At around the 21:00 mark, as you say stat decay there’s an audio glitch, not sure what it is, but l was so engrossed it took like three watches for me to realise that it was from the video and not my headphones glitching out lol, loving it so far!!

Just noticed at 1:23:32 that Johnny Silverhand is being questioned by cops in the background.

Seems like you need to 100% Yakuza 0 in repentance for calling Majima a doofus so many times this video

56:08 - fignyushka (фигнюшка) is actually just "some kind of thing"
For example:
"What is this fignyushka?" Means "what is this kind of a thing?". It's quite rarely used I think and it's also just a diminutive of a word "fignya". Also used in the same sense like "fignyushka" but not in a cute and nice way)
Mostly used in the same sense like word "bullshit" for example - sentence "What is this fignya!?" means "What is this bullshit?!" It can be used in a rough, harsh way or just when you are surprised

The fucking demolition man sea shell bit is the reference that got me, dammit.
Worst part is that joke was staring me in the face for over an hour with every visit to Apu’s

The double bobo and the juice he sells as well are pretty much all you need to train and stay awake forever, mix it with the pocky sticks the noodle dude sells to increase happiness and legit u never need to stop training

1:05:36 I like how they didn’t even try to hide the fact that it’s Majima. There’s no misspelling of the name or anything, it’s *just* Majima

Edit: 1:39:42 and there’s Kiryu

Kiryu Kazuma and Goro Majima are characters from the Yakuza/Like A Dragon series. Neat little easter egg!

Can't wait for more!
1:32:55 Floydson doesn't know about the three sea shells! LOL (Demolition Man reference) and later, in the story Bill the Crocodile tells, "14 in the Chateau D'If on trumped up charges" is from The Count of Monte Cristo.

i love all the smaller references. there’s lots of notable fighting-related characters as well as some pretty legendary media references like monk gyatzo from ATLA and doc from back to the future, but there’s lots of little background references too in just every scene that are nice to see. really packed full of them!

56:36 appears to be a reference to Monk Gyatso and Aang from Avatar the last airbender
