As an Egyptian, I'm rly happy that our traditional bread finally got recognized as aish baladi and not that pita bread that everyone thinks we eat. Pita bread isn't Egyptian and you'll never see it in a traditional Egyptian household. Mad respect for this guy

Being a Mexican & a "Frijolera" (definitely a bean biase...I loooove beans!) This Egyptian Bean dish looks Amazing! ❤😍❤❤😍❤❤ Reminds me of my humble yet yummy fave breakfast of my homemade beans inside a "Bolillo" (mexican bread roll) Now my mouth is watering❤❤❤❤❤
