Normally when my mom or we get takeout koushary we use two types of pasta spaghetti and small rings pasta as well as another type of sauce along side a tomato sauce but after seeing your dish now i am hungry 🤤🤤

I made it today, it was really yummy. The only difference that I made was that I used fresh tomatoes so I had to add some sugar for the acidity and no vinegar.

im from egypt u can serve it the way you did for the looks but in my opinion u get a big pot and after u make everything instead of doing it in style u just mix it tastes way better
