I love this movie so much! And you can really see M.K's personality summed up right here. She's gone through a lot, and she doesn't understand what's happening, but her first response when Tara is wounded is to protect her from whom she thinks could be a threat, even if it's a large number. She's a grieving teenager with parent issues, but it's not only relatable, but she's still a supportive and wonderful person despite all the confusion.
