Nvidia's 1000$ "Flagship" GPU is not even worthy of its own name, its first name, RTX, while RTX GPUs and games have been available for over 5 years RT is still pretty much a fancy feature that no one should turn on unless they like console and cinematic framerate on even the highest end of Graphics card.

u use ray tracing, that will sacrifice those fps... Turn off ray tracing, if you wwant remain rtx, use dlss

this has always happened with new games, also with DLSS and FSR being popular now obviously you arent going to get very good performance at 4k native

With a 14900k you get like 40fps avg so noway it's the CPU, I thing is more about the game not being well optimized. Maybe with DLSS, Frame generation and ray reconstruction on you could get 60

Maybe you have bad cpu that doesn't let your gpu to run at full performance, or you may need to update drivers for your gpu

It's a game on Unreal Engine 5, there is no surprise that it will work badly on any GPU. Games on this game engine or games like Cyberpunk and Starfield aren't made for current generations: NVidia 3000/4000 and AMD 6000/7000. They work okay only with DLSS, FSR, XeSS and Frame Generators.
It's my opinion but graphics cards that will run this game engines won't come even next 3 years, they were made too heavy for no purpose.

Maybe u are using ray trasing or path trasing in the game, they are gonna give u those low fps bcz of there processing and graphical power

I get more fps on my 4080 super FE on 1440p with 14700k. This video is kinda confusing

Try updating bios, intel had some instability issues which was pretty much fixed with the new bios update
so maybe it will work for you
