The key to this exercise which I say over and over in the video is in the TIMING and TEMPO
You cannot do this exercise for too long or you disrupt the timing all together and take an explosive power exercise and make it a terrible posture ruining endurance exercise
So make sure you use reps of no longer than 20 secs to get the most out of it
A great exercise for Football and Rugby players looking to improve tackling strength, and overall core strength, in particular with the woodchop version!
