How to Fix Bad FPS with Good PC in CSGO 2019

bad fps with a good computer is annoying. This steam launch option sems to fix it for most people.
launch option: -panorama

I solved this problem by deleting all the workshop map, i worked to me.

did work for me, no fps improvement but it had way less lags and cuts from not using vsync

i have rly good pc but in cs go my fps is from 40 to 90. This improved it a little but still is crap.

I have Core i5-2400 + 8gb ram + AMD Radeon hd 7000 series (graphics card) but I still get only 40 fps on the lowest setting in CSGO...

maybe a few fps got, but still cant comprehend that ryzen5+rx550 gives me 50-60 fps with low to med graphics

I think this works because of dual monitor setups. Just a hunch.

I don't know how cos I've litteraly tried everything but this somehow got me from 120 to 220 fps (on the csgo benchmark map)
specs:
GTX 1060 6GB
I7 2700K
8GB Ram
