The video says the PRO Act is only for union organizing. Then it says it will prevent misclassification by employers (which happens through the ABC Test in the PRO Act), so then, it is not only about union organizing. The ABC Test is not the only mechanism by which misclassification can be investigated and corrected. The IRS standards are clear and robust, and can protect workers AND independent contractors quite easily.

She says "employers" like she means all employers. Pure hit piece propaganda. It's too blanket of a statement. Point out the specific companies that are breaking already established laws and then we can talk.

Right to work laws protect people like me who want nothing to do with unions. I can work anywhere and can't be shut out by unions.

If we don't care for our workers properly, we will not prosper, we will all perish. Workers are the bread and butter of this glorious nation. Ants for aunts in the Bible God taught us this and God is still in my heart when I think about the good people fighting for US 🇺🇸 all
We all need a contract with one God for the greater good of all our contractual needs. Our workers are our life force in the one union we've ever needed.... the one with God so that God delivers health wealth and prosperity to all families working hard every day to put food and shelter and medicine on all our tables at the bounty

What if I am an IC who makes a lot of money, and I don’t want to be reclassified as an employee because it would have a very negative impact on my income, and not provide me any benefits at all? This bill would also decimate online sex work. I thought democrats were supposed to care about sex workers.
