Hey Barry,

Just wanted to add. If your having stubborn plugins that crash and will not validate. Load Logic in Rosetta mode and then scan the plugins. They should validate and when you go back to M1 Native mode they will work fine “this is how I got Izotope and soundtoys to play ball”

Anyone know what to do if this doesn’t work? I just got a MacBook Pro M3 and having the same issue but ONLY with Waves plugins. 46 of them. Very frustrating.

Looking through a few videos and haven’t found my answer yet to why the logic plug ins are not validating. Is there a reason you skipped over that part?

It dint work with all the plugins ticket at once, but when I did each plugin one by one, it worked, really thanks a ton, life saver

hey I just got m1pro Macbook and I use universal audio volt 276 and when I use logic I can't play less then 512 buffer I Get crackel sound every time whenever I do that and m just playing just 10 tracks but when I unplug it it works great with no crack sound why is that so
I would be glad if you can help

So I’m moving from a 2010 Mac Pro to Mac studio ultra. Logic Pro 10.7 will not open because of spinning beach ball during au validation how do I get pass this when logic won’t open to check or uncheck au validation

just upgraded to Monterey i have logic 10 and I have waves bundle, everything works except for a couple of electric pianos, the 88 and 200 i have the 80 but that works. it tells me (error while loading the sample) i followed instructions on video on those 2 keyboards but no luck. I wonder why the 80 Electric piano works and not the others. any ideas? thx!

Please help me brother Barry. I am running into clicks and pops on my new m1 mac. The specs are 16gb 256. I am normally a pc guy and so far my Mac experience has been horrible. It's like the Mac is unstable or something. To day I had a small 15 track session crash on me. I use mostly izotope and stock plugins in studio one 5. I ensure my plugins were in compliance though I have some that aren't so I have to run in Rosetta mode. I wish I could send u pictures over YouTube. Any how do you have any suggestions because I am thinking of selling it and buying another pc instead. I have the motu m4 with latest Mac drivers and my record and mix buffer is 128. On my old dell with the I7 4790 I don't have these issues with such a small session.

I've been having a major problem, my rig is almost ready to go but I'm a heavy autotune pro 9 user, but that version is absolutely a nightmare, that being said I've tried everything (I'm a PT ultimate user) and I did switch over to use Logic Pro in Rossetta mode and that didn't work at I'm all out of ideas here and if you could please give me some tips that would be great because I love my autotune, it's a crucial part of a lot of my client's vocal chains!

I’ve tried to use dexed, logic’s plug in manager says successfully validated, and all files are in the correct place. I cannot find the dexed synth anywhere?!

I tried it all but still get a box that pops up "An Audio Unit plug-in reported a problem which might cause the system to become unstable. Please quit and restart Logic Pro" anyone know this fix?

I bought a plug-in from Tracktion Software called master mix. It keeps failing validation. Would it be a prolblem with the files?

I have Antares Autotune EFX 3 old version (discontinued on the official antares website but still available for download and useable with ilok license) I was already familiar with this process that you show here. Unfortunately didn’t work for me. Do you have another suggestion? I still have that version working on mac Catalina with no issues. Should I downgrade new mac to a older macos?
