SJW Feminists Are Stealing International Men's Day 2020

November 19th is International Men's Day; a day to celebrate all the great men out there, and all the great things they do. Needless to say, feminists have never been fond of International Men's Day. However, it seems feminists are now trying to steal the day, and subvert it to push their own agenda. Will they manage to do it, or will enough good people see through it?

What’s truly sick is that lawyers encourage women to make false abuse claims in divorce.

As a straight white male, I'm the last segment of society which is not only legal to discriminate against, it's encouraged.

As a straight white male I just want to apologise... For absolutely nothing.

I first heard of Men's Day last year with some twitter meme showing some woman asking why men weren't organizing marches and gatherings to celebrate it and a man responding with "We're too busy working, hence the pay gap." lol

My daughter's love me. That's the only pillar that matters to me.

It must be awful being a feminist, especially, a straight feminist. One who is told to hate strong masculine men, but at the same time being sexually drawn to strong masculine men.

Why are people who are not male attempting to dictate how to be men?

In my media class, we were talking about how voices tend to get shut down in the public sphere. My lecturer asked for examples of this, and I brought up how men who are victims of abuse seldom get their voices heard. Literally, the first response I got back was, "Do you think the reason is because men aren't comfortable with showing their emotions and vulnerability because their masculinity forces them to act a certain way in society?" and I had to stop myself from raging out. Words cannot express how much I despise the above argument when it comes to male victims of abuse; it's just another way of blaming men for their own shortcomings and ignoring the bigger picture surrounding the issue.

A former classmate became a father at the age of 16, unknown to him his girlfriend was drinking throughout the pregnancy, his daughter was born with severe problems and it seemed likely she wouldn't make it, thankfully she did. Their relationship broke up after a few months of the baby being born because of her being very aggressive. So he started a court case to get full custody, took him almost three years to get it. In those three years his ex would regularly pass out drunk with the baby in her care, she even left her alone in the car while she went out clubbing. Despite all this the judge was still favouring her to get full custody. Despite the fact he was teetotal, had a job, and if he needed to do something he would leave the baby with a neighbour or his parents while he did it, and that was a last resort, he would only leave her in the care of another trusted person in a emergency, he wouldn't even go out in the garden and without her with him. He would only go out if he could take her with him, his friends were supportive so did not mind him taking her on trips to restaurants. Thankfully he finally did get full custody, but it was a long battle and it seemed irrelevant he was clearly the better parent.

Starting to think women just don't want men to be happy.

Gotta say I love how much Daisy seems to care about men's health as much as women and is a true advocate for equality. Really is nice to feel like their are voices who want to speak about the problems in the world, regardless of sex. Keep it up!

Men: get one day
Women: get the rest of the year
Feminists : kill men's day with fire

Ok... so they’re not against masculinity, just “toxic” masculinity, but when men open up or share their feelings or problems, they’re laughed at, insulted, and called over privileged man-babies

I hate it, I’m 19 years old and throughout high school and my time on campus I haven’t felt safe doing anything perceived as traditionally masculine and it really weighs on us

Dear feminists, if you want to make International Men's Day special, iron my shirt and make me a sammich.

The myth of Toxic Masculinity isn't about telling men they can talk about their feelings, but rather telling men they can't be men. The way we're teaching our sons how to be masculine certainly isn't perfect, but teaching them the masculine values they look up to are all inherently evil, oppressive, and rapey is never the way to raise boys.
