I remember the theory about this where since there was weird sounds, that it was seeing how close to copyrighted it can be. The channel was named unfavorable semicircle and the semicircle looks like a copyright logo and copyright strikes are unfavorable.

Why do I remeber one of the videos, it was about 4 minutes long and it remained living in my head rent free for 8 years, I could have never known it was a troll, which is nice to know

I found one similar to this around 3 months ago with a channel named "Hans (i forgot the rest due to time).The channel had around 46k uploads and all vary from 20 minutes to 4 hours, same background, different sound that seemingly was news broadcasts from radio. The background was pixelated like which i think fit the same as that one website with the "infinite possibility of pixels". The channel got deleted at 50k videos iirc and i couldnt find anything based on it on the web.
